Private Boardwalk

Follow the private boardwalk over the dunes to the beach. Golf carts are welcome on the boardwalk, and an outdoor shower makes the return from the sand easy.

Rooftop Retreats

Enjoy sunrise over the Gulf and sunset skies from your private rooftop deck. Each home has its own ocean-view retreat for slow mornings and evenings together; Luxe Duo gives your group both.

Comfort Comes Included

A full kitchen, in-home laundry, Wi-Fi, Smart TVs, and a private two-car garage in each home. Two more spaces outside each garage make arrivals easy.

Before You Arrive

  • Which retreat is right for my group?

    Luxe I and Luxe II each welcome up to 8 guests with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Luxe Duo reserves both neighboring homes together for up to 15 guests, with 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms.

  • How do we get to the beach?

    Both homes include access to a private beach boardwalk over the dunes to the Mustang Island shoreline. Golf carts are permitted on the boardwalk. Return from the sand to an outdoor shower, then unwind on your rooftop deck.

  • What is included in each home?

    Each retreat includes a fully equipped kitchen, in-home washer and dryer, Wi-Fi, Smart TVs, an ocean-view rooftop deck, and a private two-car garage. Luxe Duo includes both homes, so your group has two kitchens, two living rooms, and two rooftop decks.

  • How are the sleeping spaces arranged?

    Luxe I and Luxe II each have a king primary bedroom with a private bathroom, a second bedroom with a full-over-queen bunk bed, and a sleeper sofa in the living area. Luxe Duo includes the sleeping spaces in both homes and accommodates up to 15 guests.

  • What are check-in and checkout times?

    Check-in is at 3:00 pm and checkout is at 10:00 am.

  • Are there stairs or an elevator?

    Both homes have stairs and do not have elevators. Please keep this in mind when choosing a retreat for your group.

  • How much parking is available?

    Luxe I and Luxe II each have a two-car garage plus two parking spaces outside the garage, for four spaces per home. Luxe Duo includes both homes, with two two-car garages and four outside spaces, for eight spaces total.

  • Is there a pool, and can I bring a pet?

    There is no swimming pool at Luxe I, Luxe II, or Luxe Duo, and pets are not permitted. Your retreat includes private boardwalk beach access and a rooftop deck for enjoying the coast.

A Little More Island Time

Ease into your getaway sooner or linger a little longer. Request early check-in or late checkout for $20 per approved hour, subject to availability.

Your standard arrival is 3:00 pm and departure is 10:00 am. Please ask your host before making plans or paying; extra time is available only after confirmation. For Luxe Duo, availability must be confirmed for both homes.
