Luxe I and Luxe II each welcome up to 8 guests, with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Luxe Duo books both neighboring homes together for up to 15 guests, with 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms.

Each home has a king bed in the primary suite, a full-over-queen bunk bed in the second bedroom, and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Luxe Duo includes this layout in both homes.

Luxe Duo is two separate neighboring townhomes. Each has its own kitchen, living room, rooftop deck, garage, and laundry. It gives your group separate living spaces while staying close together.

Check-in is at 3:00 pm and checkout is at 10:00 am. Ask your host about early arrival or late departure; extra time must be approved in advance.

Use the private arrival instructions provided for your reservation. The assistant cannot access or issue entry codes. Contact your host through your reservation messages if you need help getting inside.

Each home has a private two-car garage and two outside parking spaces. Luxe Duo includes both homes, with eight spaces in total. Ask your host to confirm clearance or suitability for an oversized vehicle or trailer.

The homes have private boardwalk beach access, and golf carts are permitted on the boardwalk. Each home also has an outdoor shower for rinsing off after the beach.

Golf carts are welcome on the boardwalk, but a cart is not listed as an included amenity. Ask your host about rentals and arrangements before planning your stay.

There is no swimming pool at Luxe I, Luxe II, or Luxe Duo. The homes offer private boardwalk beach access.

The properties are not pet-friendly. Contact your host directly with any specific accommodation question.

Both townhomes have stairs and no elevator. The rooftop decks are on the third floor. Ask your host about your group’s specific mobility and access needs before booking.

Each home has a fully equipped kitchen, an in-home washer and dryer, smart TVs, and Wi-Fi. Ask your host about a particular appliance, coffee setup, or supplied item if it matters to your plans.

The retreats are on West Palm Beach Drive in Port Aransas, Texas, on Mustang Island. Your reservation includes exact arrival details.
